If you are seeking financing for your student startup, you can list your venture in StudVent’s private marketplace for free. This will be a members-only area of the site that is also open to qualified investors.

You may wish to contact angel investors as well, once you are ready with some traction and your pitch documents. However, the best way to approach an angel investor is through a familiar introduction.  See our section on investment readiness and seek advice of a mentor or advisor as well before embarking on the fundraising journey.  

Crowdfunding is another option for raising investment as well. See our section on crowdfunding as it is more complicated and time-consuming than meets the eye. However, for some student startups, it is a viable option.
